  • LXI And LXI/USB Modular Chassis

    Pickering Interfaces Ltd.

Our LXI modular chassis are available in 7 and 18-slot and our LXI/USB modular chassis are available in 2, 4 and 6-slot and support over 1,000 of our PXI modules. The PXI modules supported range from: PXI general purpose relays, matrices, multiplexers and RF switches to special PXI switching functions such as fault/signal insertion. Also supported are a selection of simulation modules such as programmable resistors, digital I/O, power supplies, thermocouple simulators, function generator, battery simulators and attenuators. This gives you enormous flexibility to define a switching or T&M system to exactly match your needs.

  • RF/Switching

    SMX-6XXX (RF/Switching) - AMETEK VTI Instruments

The VTI SMX-6xxx Series of high density non-blocking RF multiplexers deliver exceptional performance and reliability in a compact single-slot configuration. Front panel connectivity is available in both SMB and PKZ formats to integrate seamlessly into new or existing test systems. Embedded virtual schematic control further simplifies setup and debugging allowing all relays to be engaged independent of application software and device drivers. The SMX-6xxx Series delivers unmatched bandwidth and isolation performance resulting in exceptional measurement integrity that is ideal for the most demanding aerospace, defense and automotive automated test equipment (ATE) applications.

  • PXI-2549, 2.7 GHz, 50 Ω, Dual-Terminated SPDT PXI RF Relay Module

    778572-49 - NI

2.7 GHz, 50 Ω, Dual-Terminated SPDT PXI RF Relay Module - The PXI‑2549 is a general-purpose single‑pole double‑throw (SPDT) switch module. You can use it to add flexibility to your switch network or to maintain uniform signal paths across multiple channels when building high‑channel‑count multiplexers. The PXI‑2549 termination resistors minimize reflections on open channels and protect your source or device under test from damage. The module also features excellent insertion loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and isolation parameters to minimize signal degradation. You can use its onboard relay count tracking feature to predict relay lifetime and reduce unexpected system downtime.

  • OTP-Based Test System

    LXinstruments GmbH

Power electronics assemblies often cannot be tested using conventional technology for their electrical performance. Due to the adaptability of the instrumentation, the OTP concept offers an ideal platform even beyond the space requirements of several control cabinets. In order to achieve high test flexibility with different assemblies, the system was equipped with three-phase AC sources and AC loads as well as a precise three-phase power meter. DC sources and loads with different current and voltage ranges cover the test of frequent DUT operating parameters. Time-dependent voltage or current signals can be stimulated by an arbitrary generator with power amplifier. General measurements such as current, voltage, frequency, resistance can be carried out flexibly at various test points using the matrix concept. An oscilloscope with RF multiplexer is available for high-frequency measurements such as residual ripple, switching processes, etc.

  • PXI-2559, 2.5 GHz, 75 Ω, Dual-Terminated SPDT PXI RF Relay Module

    778572-59 - NI

2.5 GHz, 75 Ω, Dual-Terminated SPDT PXI RF Relay Module - The PXI‑2559 is a general-purpose switch module featuring two independently terminated single‑pole double‑throw (SPDT) relays. You can use it to add flexibility to your video switch network or to maintain uniform signal paths across multiple channels when building high-channel-count multiplexers. The PXI‑2559 termination resistors minimize reflections on open channels and protect your source or device under test from damage. The module also features excellent insertion loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and isolation parameters to minimize signal degradation. You can use its onboard relay count tracking feature to predict relay lifetime and reduce unexpected system downtime.
